HO6 Losses Tab

Use this tab to record any property losses the client has had.

field	description
Date of Loss	Enter the date of the loss in mmddyy format.
Loss Type	Click the . Click the type of loss
Catastrophic	Click the box if yes.
Negligence	Click the box if yes.
Amount of Loss	Enter the total amount of the loss.
