MH Losses Tab

Use this tab to record any losses the client has had.

field	description
Date of Loss	Enter the date of the loss in mmddyy format.
Loss Type	Click the Down Arrow Icon. Click the type of loss.
Catastrophic	Click the box is yes.
Negligence	Click the box is yes.
Amount of Loss	Enter the total amount of the loss.

This completes the MH Losses tab.
