Refresh File Tree
It is a good idea to use the Refresh File Tree command periodically. Using the command refreshes the file structure displayed in Outlook Interface and it helps to ensure that you are viewing the latest version of the file (documents, pages, etc.), as the file might have been updated by other people. Updates made by other people might include adding or removing content, adding annotations, adding file notes, etc.
- With a file open, click Refresh
File Tree on the ImageRight ribbon or click
on the toolbar.
