Unable to See Expandable Tree When Importing Documents

The most commonly seen screen when importing documents into ImageRight is this:

Sometimes a user cannot see the expandable tree view and instead sees this:

Procedure

In order to get the expandable tree view back:

1. Right-click near the line items.
2. Click Switch View.

The expected view should populate immediately, allowing you to proceed with the import.
