Enable/Disable a QuickNav™ Template
QuickNavs provide your staff with a list of tasks to complete when processing policy transactions. My Agency Home includes ten types of QuickNavs:
- Cl New Business
- CL Marketed Renewal
- Cl Non-Marketed Renewal
- Download Renewal
- Download Endorsement
- Non-Download Endorsement
- Client Initiated Cancellation
- Direct Bill Non-Payment Cancellation
- Reinstatement: Agency Bill
- Reinstatement: Direct Bill
If your agency doesn't use one or more of these types of QuickNavs you can disable it so it doesn't show for the user when initiating a transaction.
Disable a QuickNav Template

On the My Agency Home toolbar click the More icon (...) > Admin > Configure QuickNav.

On the QuickNav Configuration page, locate the template you want to disable.

Click the green toggle button.
The template box is dimmed and the button turns white/gray.
When you disable a template all published Instances are turned to Unpublished and any drafts are deleted.
Enable a QuickNav Template

On the My Agency Home toolbar click the More icon (...) > Admin > Configure QuickNav.

On the QuickNav Configuration page, locate the template you want to enable.

Click the gray toggle button.
The template box is no longer dimmed, meaning it's active.
Because there aren't any published instances of the QuickNav, you'll need to open the Instances page and published at least one instance of this type of QuickNav.
- Click the template to open the Instances window where you can publish an instance for the QuickNav.
