User Setup (Video)

If the user you want to add already has an account in a Vertafore product, please activate VSSO for that existing account instead of creating a new VSSO user. Otherwise, you will end up with duplicate VSSO accounts.

  1. Click Manage Users, and then click New User.
  2. On the User Details tab, enter the new user's name and email address.
  3. Select the enrollment email delivery option you want.
    1. Now - sends the enrollment email immediately after you click Save.
    2. Date - sends the enrollment email on the date you specify.
    3. At Product Provision - sends the enrollment email as soon as a product is added to this user's Product Access tab.
  4. Click Save.
  5. On the Product Access tab, add and configure products for the user.
  6. If you have full admin rights, click the Groups tab, and then click Assign to add the user to the appropriate groups.
  7. If you have full admin rights, click the Roles tab, and then click the appropriate role for the user. By default, all new user accounts are created with the User role. To learn more about Roles, see Roles: Grant or Revoke Administrator Rights.
