AAA Carolinas *previously TMIC - The Members Insurance Company	Email address	Between eight (8) to 16 characters, Must include at least three of the following: Lowercase letter Uppercase letter Number Special character: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } \| \ : ‘ , ? / ` ~ “ ( ) ;.	Seven digits usually beginning with 1. Do not input the parent code which starts with an ‘A’.
AAA Insurance			The Producer Code followed by hyphen then the SubProducer Code.

AIC (Agency Insurance Co.)	Typically the first letter of the first name and the entire last name (ex. cdunnavant). If that ID is already used by another person, then a number will be added to the end (ex. cdunnavant1).	Cannot include your agency code, user id or name. Must be a minimum of eight characters. Alinsco (formerly Empower)
Allegany	Username is your email address.	Must not start or end with a whitespace character. Must be between 10- 50 characters. Must include the following: One upper-case letter One number	three or four digit number. This is your agency code plus one or two letters at the end.
Allied Trust	Usually first three initials of the first and last name. Example: Beth Curry would be 'betcur', although this may not always be the case.
Allstate	The username can be either: The seven digit agent number “A2XZZZZ”. or The staff ID (if the user has one) which starts with “S" with the next two letters being the state abbreviation the staff is in. NOTE: The majority of Allstate usernames begin with an alpha character, usually “a”, and usually followed by five numeric characters,(but could be an alphanumeric combination.)	Allstate passwords are now "passphrases". Passphrases will not enforce complexity rules. Must be between 16 - 127 characters. Maximum of three repeating characters will be allowed. For example, repeating characters in words such as sleep, book etc. would be permissible, but aaaa or bbbb would be blocked. A similar rule will be in place for sequences such as abcde or qwerty and numeric sequences such as 1212 123123. Commonly used, expected or compromised words such as your name, NTID and 'Allstate' will be blocked, so select your words carefully.	Agent ID in Alliance. (Ex: A212345 would be entered in Agency Code field as A212345) must be entered as either the last five digits of the Alliance agent number OR the full seven digit number.
American Access	Between 3-50 characters. Set by carrier tech support when account is created and cannot be changed.	Must be a minimum of eight characters. Must include the following: One number Must not match the last four passwords.	First four digits are the main agency code. The second set of four digits are unique to the agency and increment starting at 1. Both sets of numbers are zero padded. The last two characters are the state abbreviation.

California Automobile Ins (part of Mercury Insurance)			Must be between four and six characters. If four characters are entered, then the value must be a valid agency code provided by Mercury to the agency(validated in the Mercury webservice). If six characters are entered, then the first two characters must be the state code ( 04 for CA ) and the last 4 characters are the agency code.
Capital Ins. Group (CIG)	Must be between five (5) - 20 characters Uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters are not required . Central	First four character of the agency short name. Five character Agency Code. Three numbers assigned to the login.	Must be between eight (8) - 30 characters. Cincinnati			Five digit number. Cannot contain a dash (-).
Clearcover	Email address	Must be a minimum of eight characters. Must include at least three of the following types of characters: Lower case letters (a-z) Upper case letters (A-Z) Numbers (i.e. 0-9) Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
Columbia Mutual		Minimum of six characters.

Dairyland	Maximum of 255 characters. if using '@', then Dairyland attempts to validate the username as a valid email address.	Most be more than one digit, but eight digits is the most common. Dairyland could decide to add more characters. Most start with the number 1, but some still have codes that start with a letter.

Kemper Personal Ins	Usually b-id; however the user can choose to create a unique username of their choice which will be linked to a b-id. Must be between six (6) - 20 characters. Kentucky National	The first part is their KNI agency code, then the text “WebUser”	The password is the agency code split up with “Password” put in the middle. Example: 11XXWebUser 11PasswordXX

Lighthouse	There are two types of user ID's for agencies. Some have just the agent number (ex:420001) Ssome have the agent number followed by a letter (ex:420001A	Must be a maximum of 10 characters. Case sensitive.
Lititz Mutual	Five digit agent specific ID number and a "-" followed by four or five digits assigned by Carrier. Some IDs have alpha values following the "-"	Must be eight characters. Must include the following: Uppercase letter Number Special Character: !, $, %, *

Madison Mutual			Alpha and then 4 numeric characters.
MAPFRE		Password rules for all states except NH: Must be a minimum of seven characters. Must include at least three of the following: Uppercase letter (A-Z) Lowercase letter (a-z) Number (0-9) Special character (i.e. !, $, #, %) Passwords cannot contain the user’s account name or parts of the user’s full name that exceed two consecutive characters.	Should be the general Agent ID plus the Sub Agent ID (no dashes or spaces). Example: if Agent ID is NJ1 & SubAgent is 100 then the Agency Code would be NJ1100. However, not all agents will have a SubAgent ID, if they do not then only enter the Agent ID.

Merchants	Must be a maximum of 10 alphanumeric characters.	Must be between six (6) - 10 characters. Must contain at least one number. Cannot begin with a number. Expires after 90 days.
Mercury			Agency code must be four or six characters. GA will allow up to seven digits. If four characters are entered, then the value must be a valid agency code provided by Mercury to the agency(validated in the Mercury webservice). If six characters are entered, then the first two characters must be the state code 31 for NY 09 for FL 45 for VA 04 for CA 42 for TX 10 for GA 12 for IL 35 for OK and the last four characters are the agency code. AZ & NJ do not currently use the state prefix. Agency code starts with the letter "A", "N" or “P”, followed by three numbers, e.g., A000, N000 or P000 CA Auto and Home are on different platforms and require different credentials for rating.
Michigan Insurance	Must be a minimum of eight characters	Must be a minimum of eight characters. Must include the following: Lowercase letter (a-z) Uppercase letter (A-Z]) Number (0-9) Special characrer (!@#$%^&*()_-+)	7 numeric digits

New London	First initial, last name, and numeric agency code.	Must be a minimum of eight characters. Must include the following: Uppercase letter Lowercase letter Number or special character	The agency code number (999) or padded with zeros, plus the agency code to create a five digit numeric field. North Star		Must be a maximum of six characters. must contain at least one number. Passwords cannot contain three or more consecutive characters that are the same, for example: AA1234 is valid, but AAA123 is not. New passwords cannot contain three or more consecutive characters used in the previous password. For example: if the old password ABCDEF, the new password can be AB1234 but cannot be ABC123.
NYCM Insurance (formerly New York Central Mutual)	Must be between eight (8) - 20 alphanumeric characters.	Must be between eight (8) - 20 characters. Olympus		Must be a minimum of eight characters. Must include the following: Letter Number Cannot be the username.
Pacific Specialty	Can be individual username or Producer Code. Example: Sue Brown or B99999	Can be individual password or Agency Password, but should match what was used for the username. Individual username and Individual password or Producer Code and Agency Password	Username/Contract Number/Agency ID would be the following format: ANNNNN ß Alpha followed by five numbers. The alpha can start with an ‘A’, a ‘B’, or in some rare instances a ‘Z’.

Most Agent codes will usually start with 41,29,50,53,or 48 followed by four more numeric characters.

You may need to drop the 0 if it has a leading 0, such as, 041 and if the next four digits also has a leading 0, such as 01234. The correct agency code would be 411234.
