Access and use ACORD forms

On the Quote Comparison page in PL Rating, you can select ACORD forms. Available forms vary by state and line of business, but can include applications, ID cards, and binders.

Complete the following steps to select an ACORD form:

  1. On the Quote Comparison page, click the ACORD icon for the carrier writing the business.
  2. A list of previously saved ACORD forms will appear. You can select an existing form or click New to create a new form.
 

If you click New, a list of available ACORD forms will appear.

  1. Check each ACORD form required and click Create Forms.
 

If more than one ACORD form is selected, a Forms drop-down list will appear on the page which will allow you to switch between forms.

  1. To print a form, click Print Forms.

Complete the following steps to access ACORD forms from the Client Selection page:

  1. On the Client Selection page, select the client’s name for whom you wish to create a form. This will open the quote selection screen.

  2. On the right-hand side of the screen, select the Forms tab.

  3. A list of previously saved ACORD forms will appear. You can select an existing form or click New to create a new form.
