Account Settings

Use the Account Settings page to view and update the details of your ProducerEDGE user account.

The User Account page contains the following sections:

My Profile

Displays details about your ProducerEDGE subscription.

  • ProducerEDGE Member Since: Displays the date you created your ProducerEDGE user account.
  • Subscription Level: Displays either Basic or Premium.
  • Change Payment Options: Available only if you have upgraded your own account from Basic to Premium. If you have a premium subscription, click to open the Payment Options page, where you may cancel automatic renewal of your premium subscription or update your premium subscription credit card profile.
  • First Name: Update your first name for your ProducerEDGE account only.
  • Last Name: Update your last name for your ProducerEDGE account only.
  • Resident State: Update your resident license state for your ProducerEDGE account only by selecting a state name from the dropdown menu.
  • Resident License Number: Update the number of your resident state licensefor your ProducerEDGE account only.
  • National Producer Number: Update your National Producer Number for your ProducerEDGE account only.
  • Update Account: Click to save changes to your account information.
  • Change My Name: Click to open the Change My Name service, where you can change your name on record with certain states
  • Lookup my Resident License Number: Click to open the Lookup License Number service, where you can view your active license information in certain states.
  • Lookup my National Producer Number (NPN): Click to open the Lookup My National Producer Number service, where you can view your National Producer Number (NPN), as well as your active license information in certain states.

Update Email Address

Displays email address information and update fields for use with your account.

  • Current Email: Displays the email address associated with your user account. We will send transaction notifications and subscription alerts to this address.
  • New Email: Enter an updated email address.
  • Confirm New Email: Re-enter what you entered in the New Email address field.
  • Update Email: Click to save your updated email address.

Change Password

Offers update fields to change your ProducerEDGE password. Displays password strength requirements.

  • New Password: Enter an updated ProducerEDGE password that follows the displayed password strength requirements.
  • Confirm New Password: Re-enter what you entered in the New Password field.
  • Update Password: Click to save your updated password.

License Renewal Reminder

Set options for receiving license renewal email alerts.

  • Notify Me When: Set the number of days in advance you would like to be notified via email that your license will expire. From the dropdown menu, select a date interval. When a license is set to expire within this interval, the license will be display with the Renew () button in the My Licenses section of the Dashboard and/or the My Licenses page
  • Update: Click to save your changes.

If you are having problems upgrading your basic subscription to a premium subscription, double-check to ensure that the information in the Last Name, Resident State, Resident License Number, and National Producer Number fields is correct.

If you are connected to an agency's network, the connected agency sponsors (pays for) your premium ProducerEDGE subscription. If you connected with an agency in a period when your self-paid premium subscription was active, your premium subscription period will resume after your connection to the agency and your agency-sponsored premium subscription ends. If you had a basic ProducerEDGE subscription prior to connecting with an agency's network, your basic subscription will resume after your connection to the agency and your agency-sponsored premium subscription ends.
