Dashboard

When you log in to ProducerEDGE, your own personal compliance Dashboard will open.

Use the Dashboard to:

  • View summaries of your license, education, and state compliance transaction information
  • Initiate and follow up on state compliance transactions, such as license renewals, license applications, address changes, and more
  • Accept an invitation to join an agency's network
  • Review and maintain your connection to an agency's network
  • View a video tutorial on getting started with ProducerEDGE
  • Maintain your ProducerEDGE account settings

The Dashboard consists of the following sections:

1. Navigation Bar

Use the Navigation Bar to access transaction services and perform other tasks in ProducerEDGE.

To collapse the Navigation Bar when it is displaying, click the Hide button ().

To expand the Navigation Bar when it is collapsed, click the Navigation button (). Or, click the Dashboard button () to expand the Navigation Bar and display the Dashboard.

2. My Licenses

Use the My Licenses section of the Dashboard to review summary state license information that has been loaded automatically or added manually to ProducerEDGE. Your resident license state information is displayed first, followed by additional active licenses in ascending alphabetic order.

If a state license is available to renew, and ProducerEDGE offers electronic renewal services for the license type in the state, you may click the Renew button () to submit a license renewal request.

Click the View More Info>> link to open the My Licenses page, where you can view details or manually add license information.

3. My Requests

Use the My Requests section of the Dashboard to review summary status updates on any transaction requests you have submitted to ProducerEDGE, including state compliance or ProducerEDGE user account transactions.

Click the View More Info>> link to open the My Requests page, where you can view details.

4. My Education

Use the My Education section of the Dashboard to review summary continuing education status information loaded automatically to ProducerEDGE from your resident license state. Please note that information is available from only certain states.

Click the View More Info>> link to open the My Education page, where you can view details.

To find date, time, and location information for education courses offered by approved education providers in certain states, click the Find Approved Courses and Offerings link.

If ProducerEDGE is unable to load continuing education information from your resident license state, one of the following will display:

  • Instructions on how to obtain continuing education information and a link to your resident state's department of insurance website
  • The following message: "We are unable to retrieve your continuing education information from your resident state." Click the State Contact Info link at the bottom of the page to open a new window, where you can find information about contacting a state to obtain continuing education information.

5. My Connections

Use the My Connections section of the Dashboard to view your current and historical connections to an agency's network.

  • If you are connected currently to an agency, the My Connections section will display the agency's name and a status of Connected. Click the View link to open a popup box, where you can view agency information, including contact details, messages, special instructions, or tips.To end your connection to the agency, from the Actions dropdown menu, select Disconnect. Then, click the Yes, Disconnect button to confirm your decision to end the connection.
  • If you never have connected with an agency, the My Connections section will display the following message: "You have no agency connections." Click the What's This? link to open the What Are Connections? message box, where you can find more information about agency connections and a link to a website allowing you to send an email inviting an agency to sign up for AgencyEDGE.
  • If you were connected formerly to an agency, the My Connections section will display the agency's name and a status of Inactive. Click the View link to open a popup box, where you can view agency information, including contact details.

6. My Tasks

Use the My Tasks section of the Dashboard to view and respond to a pending invitation from an agency to connect with its network. The My Tasks section displays only if you have a pending agency connection request.

Click the name link of the agency to open the Invitation to Connect page, where you can respond to the connection request and activate the connection.
