Resolve Login Warning - ID Already In Use

A session is launched when you use QQCatalyst credentials to log in to QQCatalyst from a browser on your computer. QQCatalyst allows one session per user license - credentials cannot be shared across multiple computers or browsers.

 

While two sessions cannot be shared across computers or browsers, you can open multiple tabs within the same browser.

If you attempt to log in to QQCatalyst from a different browser or computer, when you already have a session open, the following message appears:

For example, you will see this message if you have a session open at home and you attempt to log in to a session at work.

At the present time, this message is for informational purposes only. Click Continue to open the additional session. If users are sharing credentials, contact Vertafore to obtain additional licenses.

Beginning May 2nd, if you attempt to log in to QQCatalyst when a session is already running on another computer or browser, a message will appear informing you that continuing with the new session will cause a previous open session to be ended.

After May 2nd, the following options will be available:

  • No: This option cancels log in action without ending the other open session.
  • Yes: This option logs you in to the session and ends the other open session.
