Reassign User Records

A Sales Manager and a Agency Admin can reassign records from one user to another.

  1. On the top navigation bar click on the Vertafore logo and select the Settings tile.
  2. On the top navigation bar click on Settings and then choose Security.
  3. Click on Users. A list of all enabled users appears.
  4. Click on user whose records you want to reassign. The user record appears.
  5. On the command bar click Reassign Records. The reassign page appears.
  6. Choose either:
    • Assign to me (the user making the change) Note This option movie all records owned by the selected user or group regardless of state or status.
    • Assign to another user or team, use the look-up field to find the user or team.

    This option will reassign all records owned by the selected user regardless of state. SalesTrack deactivates processes when they are reassigned. Before the reassigned processes can be used, the new owner must activate them again.

  7. Click OK. The reassigning records message appears. This may take a few minutes depending on the number of records you are reassigning.
