AIM
AIM-I-544: AIM/ImageRight Integration
Users were previously unable to open a document from "Activity" that was saved in ImageRight from AIM, when saved to an existing document in ImageRight.
Now, documents created directly in ImageRight, as opposed to from AIM, can have AIM-generated documents added to them, with direct access via the Activity tab.
AIM/ImageRight Integration
The AIM\IR integration has been updated to resolve integration issues whenever the ImageRight database is stored on an Oracle server.
AIM/VPI Integration
A map file now exists for the garage UAR tab in AIM to VPI. This exposes UAR to VPI, adding the ability to export UAR - Garage data to VPI for issuance.
HTML Help Files Removed
Old help files that used HTML formatting have been removed. All Help links and buttons have been updated to connect to AIM online help.
LOB Display Issues
Previously, limits and deductibles that were configured to display certain LOBs did not display them within Product defaults.
Now, when configuring deductibles in the DMU under Products > Product Detail > Limits/Deduct, newly added default deductibles display properly as a product default when quoting.
AIM—Accounting
A1-I-1186: Accounting Enhanced Security — General user permissions, investigation and overhaul
Accounting-enhanced security settings for journal entries and batch posting\editing have been improved, along with menu options and speed-bar buttons, to allow for more precise control of various processes.

Accounting-enhanced security settings have been improved in regard to JE editing and the posting of one's own batches, or those of others.
AIM-I-19: Account Detail Report
The Account Detail Report now has a checkbox titled "Break by Entity." When this option is checked, the report will be sorted by both entity and the selection from the Report Sort Order box, plus the report will be broken down and subtotaled by Entity.
Lockbox Enhancements
-
On the Lockbox Import form, a "Default Client" option has been added so that, if no match is found, the default Client ID will be used.
-
On the Lockbox Import form, both the Agent ID and the Name fields can be used as search fields by clicking in the grid.
-
On the Lockbox Import form, an Errors tab was added to display any import errors in a grid that can be exported to Excel.
-
In the Select Account window, the look-up process for an ID will no longer be limited to just agent records.
-
In the Lockbox Configuration window, a Delete button has been added; it is available only when the selected profile does NOT have an associated bank account.
-
In the Lockbox Configuration window, the account grid is now available on a read-only basis.
-
In the Lockbox Configuration window ["Details" tab], the labels for "Agent Name" and "Agent ID" have been changed to "Client Name" and "Client ID" to accommodate the new searching and matching updates.
Data Maintenance Utility (DMU)
DMU > Agent > Agent Detail > Access > Quick Add > Make the authorized teams a tree view
