Employee Summary

Applies to: Employee Center

The Employee Summary includes a snapshot of employee information. For the most part, this information is entered when the employee is first created in AMS360 and can be edited.

Summary Heading Fields
 

(Payable Balance)

Displays the employee's current accounts payable balance. More...ClosedAn asterisk precedes the amount when the balance is limited by your division security. This Balance does not appear if you are not authorized for the Employee Register.

 

Inactive (Status)

Only appears when it applies to the employee.

 

(Type of Employee)

Displays the employee type(s) (Exec, Rep, and/or Sales Center Rep) based on the settings in Employee Setup.

 

Key information displayed when you open the Summary Section

 

Residence, Business, Fax, Cell, and Pager

Displays the employee's phone numbers.

 

Email

Displays the employee email address as a link. If the email address is not entered or it is invalid, the link does not appear.

The items listed above (including headings) do not appear if the data doesn't exist for the selected customer.
