Agency-Defined Fields

 

NOTE: As of AMS360 25R1, "Profiles" has been renamed to "Agency-Defined Fields."

Agency Defined Fields is a section of the Customer data entry form. Use this section to track additional customer information that is not entered anywhere else in AMS360. This information can then be used to create Target Lists in the Sales Center, or as merge fields in Form Letters.

The Agency Defined Fields appearing in this section pre-fill based on what has been entered in Agency Defined Fields Setup.

Key Fields

 

Type

From Agency Defined Fields Setup. Determines the type of business for which the field will appear.

 

Field

From Agency Defined Fields Setup. Cannot be changed in this section.

 

Value

Use the hint in the field to determine the format required for the value.
