The Certs view is a starting point for working with certificates issued for a customer. More...ClosedFrom this view you can create a new certificate, or launch the EForms Manager, which enables you to:
View or print a certificate
Add attachments to a certificate
Add holders and contact information for a certificate

Key fields

Certificate #

The number assigned when the certificate was created. If no certificate holders are shown, click the Certificate # to open it in eForms Manager where you can view the entire form or update, renew, or perform additional functions.

Description

The short description entered when the certificate was created.

Holder

Name of the certificate holder, if any. Click the link to open the certificate in the eForms Manager.

Description of Ops./Special Cond. #

The description of Operations or Special Conditions entered in the corresponding fields on the certificate.

Issued Date

The date the master certificate was created, or date issued to an additional interest.

By default, views and lists are limited to 100 items per page. In some Views you can choose to see more items, do any of the following, if available:

    • Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to view additional pages.*

    • Set the Max # of Records Returned field to a value greater than 100 in View Options.*

    • Use View Options to filter the results of your search.
