Invoices

This view displays all invoice activity for the selected customer, and provides options to correct, void, or view the general ledger posting for an invoice.

Invoice

The invoice number assigned to the invoice transaction, including a suffix for multi-entity billing.

If the invoice is billed via the Customer Center, it is linked to a copy of the printed invoice form.

GL Date

The date the transaction posted to the general ledger.

Eff Date

The invoice effective date.

Policy #

Click to open the policy information window where you can view the invoice detail.

Division

The division assigned to the invoice.  

Premium/Non Premium

The total premium (all lines of business) and non-premium (all charge types) for the invoice.

Down Payment

Down payment applied on the invoice, if applicable.

Print Date

The date the invoice was printed, if applicable.

By default, views and lists are limited to 100 items per page. In some Views you can choose to see more items, do any of the following, if available:

    • Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to view additional pages.*

    • Set the Max # of Records Returned field to a value greater than 100 in View Options.*

    • Use View Options to filter the results of your search.
