Prevail Network

This view provides convenient access to the Prevail Network from within the Customer Center so you can access your customer's premium finance contracts in real time while servicing the customer.
If you have not yet configured AMS360 to integrate with Prevail Network, you will see an "Authorization Failed" message. Use one of the provided links to obtain an authorization code and set up Prevail Network.
When you select this view, the Prevail Network web page launches and displays the finance information for the customer within the AMS360 page. If the customer has a finance contract, you can view:
- Customer loan account status
- Contact info
- Policies tied to the loan
- Payment history and account details

Before you can access Prevail Network via AMS360, you must have a Prevail Network Agent Code and configure your AMS360 system to use Prevail. You can request an Agent Code from Prevail Network by clicking Sign up. More...
If you have an Agent Code from Prevail Network, you can enter it on the Prevail Network Setup data entry form. More...
- On the 360 Toolbox, click Integration > Prevail Network > Quote.

Access the Policies view for the customer and click the View Dec Page information icon. On the Dec Page View, click the Prevail Network icon.
- On the Prevail Network Integration data entry form, search for and select the appropriate customer.
- Mark the check boxes corresponding to the policies and/or submissions that you would like to finance. Add any additional information where appropriate.
- Click OK to export the information for a premium finance quote.
