Suspense

The Suspense view enables you to create, view, and/or update tasks related to the selected employee that have been logged for follow-up.

Key Fields

<Select/Unselect> box

Select an individual suspense item, multiple, or all suspense items.

<Additional Info Icon>

Select to display the full suspense information.

Due Date

Select the Due Date link to open the Activity/Suspense form for viewing the suspense details.

Priority

The suspense Priority (e.g., low, normal, critical) is set when the suspense is created.

By

The short name of the person who created the suspense (e.g., the person logged into AMS360 when the suspense was logged)

To

The short name of the person assigned to the suspense (e.g., the person who must complete the suspense).

Action

This is the Action (e.g., application, appointment, binder) assigned to the suspense.

Description

The Description for the suspense item.

By default, views and lists are limited to 100 items per page. In some Views you can choose to see more items, do any of the following, if available:

    • Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to view additional pages.*

    • Set the Max # of Records Returned field to a value greater than 100 in View Options.*

    • Use View Options to filter the results of your search.
