Forms Activity
Use Forms Activity to attach a point-in-time copy of a form to an Activity. When attached to an activity, the form is a permanent, unchangeable copy of the form as it appears at that moment.
- On the 360 Toolbox menu, click eForms.
- Search for and select the appropriate customer.
- When eForms Manager opens, select the policy and transaction effective date from the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree. Click Refresh if needed.
- From the eForms Manager menu, select Operation > Forms Activity. The Form Activity Logging selection form appears in the right pane of the window.
The following menus are available in a data entry form. Click each menu item to see detailed information. Note that the available menus vary depending on the form.
- From the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree in eForms Manager, select the folder or form you want to attach to an activity. Then, from the Operation menu, select Forms Activity. The Form Activity Logging selection form appears in the right pane of the window.
- Make your form selections for the activity by clicking Add Form Based on the following Selection Options. This adds the selected forms to the grid above. Then, add an Activity Description. See Form Activity Logging Selections in this topic for specific field information.
- When you have made your selections, click Create in the upper right corner of the Form Activity Logging selection form. An activity is created with the selected form(s) attached.
- The icon beside the logged form in the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree appears with blue shading, indicating it has been attached to an activity.
You can still edit or update a copy of the form in eForms Manager. However, the version of the form attached to the activity cannot be edited.
