Workflow: Emailing an Event Log to Vertafore Support
If you are asked by a Vertafore Support Representative to email an Event Log for problem analysis do the following:
- On 360 Toolbox, click User Settings and Tools >Email Event Log(s). The Email Event Logs form opens.
- From a data entry form, open the Help menu and select Email Event Logs. The Email Event Logs form opens.

- Enter the Case Number given to you by your Customer Care Representative. (Required)
- Change the email address to the email address provided by the representative.
- Mark the appropriate boxes based on the types of logs requested by the Customer Care (e.g., AMS360, System, Application).
- Click OK. An email form opens with the event logs included as attachments (file name ends in .evt).
- Click Send.
