Workflow: Emailing an Event Log to Vertafore Support

If you are asked by a Vertafore Support Representative to email an Event Log for problem analysis do the following:

  • On 360 Toolbox, click User Settings and Tools >Email Event Log(s). The Email Event Logs form opens.
  • From a data entry form, open the Help menu and select Email Event Logs. The Email Event Logs form opens.
