Auto-Open Customer When All Listed Names Have the Same Account Number

In the "View Options / Match On" section, the item titled, "Automatically open single customer search result" has been enhanced. When this is checked, the user can search for a customer via their name, account, or claim number, or from the drop-down menu next to "More." AMS360 will look at the returned results and automatically open the customer based on the search criteria, presuming it finds at least one instance.
The user navigates to the Customer Center and clicks on "View Options" to expand the search criteria section:

The user will see the "Match On" section with a check-box next to the phrase, "Automatically open single customer search result."

When checked and the search returns only a single customer, AMS360 will save you an extra click and open the Customer automatically.

This search is based on the Customer Name, Account Number, Claim Number, or a selection made from the "More" choice. NOTE: This function does not apply to the Policy selection.
