Change Personnel Back to an Employee on a Prior Policy

Users could not change personnel back to an employee previously listed on the policy, which resulted in a duplicate employee error message. Users can now change employee A to B (existing functionality) and then change B to A (new functionality) without seeing a "Duplicate" error message.
