Report: Activity List
The Activity List report shows all actions performed and logged by your agency for your customers and their policies. A variety of options are available so that you can filter the report to include specific customers, employees, or policies.
The Activity List report is also available as a Quick Report from the sidebar menu on the following centers: Bank, Broker, Customer, Employee, and Vendor.
Access this report by either of the following methods:
- Select the report from the Quick Reports menu in the sidebar for any of the following centers: Bank, Broker, Company, Customer, Employee, Vendor, and Financial.
- On the 360Toolbox menu, click Classic Reports to open Reports - All where you can make your selection.
- Run from the Customer Center to print a list of activities for a selected customer.
- Run from the Employee Center to print a list of activities for a particular employee.
When the report is accessed from a Quick Reports menu, some selections are pre-filled by default. You can change default entries as needed.

The System Date when the activity was entered. |

The Group Name the activity was assigned to, if any. |

Activity Text |
The text of the activity prints under the identifying information. |

Transaction Date |
The Transaction effective date of the policy associated with the activity. |

The Policy Transaction attached to the activity. |
Type of Business |
The type of business (e.g., Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life) associated with the activity. |
Policy Division |
The division assigned to the policy on the activity. |
Policy Branch |
The branch assigned to the policy on the activity. |
Policy Department |
The department assigned to the policy on the activity. |
Policy Group |
The group assigned to the policy on the activity. |
Company |
The Company on the activity. |
Claim Number |
The Claim Number attached to the activity. |
Loss Date |
The Loss Date of the claim attached to the activity. |
Policy Executive |
The Executive on the policy that is attached to the activity. |
Policy CSR |
The CSR on the policy that is attached to the activity. |
Policy Broker |
The Broker on the policy that is attached to the activity, if any. |
Lines of Business |
All Lines of Business entered for the policy associated with the activity. |
Group Type |
The Group Type selected for the activity, if any. |
Group |
The Group selected for the activity, if any. |
