Report: Authentication Information

The Authentication Information Report shows the login activity over selected periods to your agency.

Report Selections

What is this?

Date Selection

You can either choose a Date Selection by selecting one of the From List options, or you can enter the date in the Select Date fields or select it from the Date Picker.

Options	What is this?
From List	Use this option to select a pre-defined date selection from the list. The default option is Current date.
Select Dates	Use this fields to type in specific date selections not covered by the choices in the From List option.

Report Options

Options	What is this?
Employee	Choose One, Multiple or All (default) employees. Select All to include deleted employees.
Sort Order	Choose from Date, Employee Name, Employee Status, and Product.
Description	Accept the default description, or enter a new one that describes the report you are requesting.
Print Cover Page	Allows you to include a cover page listing the selected options included in the report. This option defaults as unchecked.

Report Fields

Report Fields	Description
Employee	The Employee(s) selected for the report.
Employee Status	Active Inactive Retired Deleted
User Login Id	The short name of the Employee who entered the activity.
Workstation Name	The workstation name from where the activity occurred.
Action	Login Exit Failed Re-Authenticate
Date	Date of activity.
AuthTime	Time of activity.
User IP Address	The IP Address (numerical label) from where the activity occurred.

EmployeeName	The Employee(s) selected
EmployeeStatue	Active, Inactive, Retired, and Deleted
LoginName	Employee Shortname
WorkstationName	Workstation name from where activity occurred.
AuthAction	Login Exit Failed Re-Authenticate
AuthDate	Date of activity
AuthTime	Time of activity
UserIPAddress	IP address of workstation from where the activity occurred.
AMSProductName	AMS360 247AGENCY 247CUSTOMER
