Report: Chart of Accounts
The Chart of Accounts report provides a list of the Active GL account numbers in AMS360. Print this report to have a reference hard copy of all account names and numbers or preview it on screen as a source of account number lookups. The information is also structured in the report so you can see how the detail accounts roll up into the group accounts.

- On the 360Toolbox menu, click Classic Reports to open Reports - All where you can make your selection.
- Click Chart of Accounts to open the Report - Chart of Accounts selection form.

Division |
You can run the report for All divisions (default) or one division. The Division list only includes divisions you have security rights to. If you run the report for All divisions, only those divisions you have security rights to preview or print. |

Reporting Group |
Narrow the report to a specific group of general ledger accounts by selecting a group from the list. All is the default selection.
Print a list of only Administrative Expense accounts for employees who enter only vendor payable checks. |

Display Sub-ledger and Zero Balance Setting |
Selecting this option adds reporting columns Sub-ledger and 0 Bal to the left of the Type column in the report output. These columns return a Y (Yes) or N (No) depending upon whether the options in Chart of Accounts Setup below are checked (Y) or unchecked (N). Click the PDF icons at the beginning of this topic to see samples of the report with and without this option checked. |

Accept the default description, or enter a new one that describes the report you are requesting. |

Print Cover Page |
Allows you to include a cover page listing the selected options included in the report. This option defaults as unchecked. |
