Report: Customer List
Using this form, you can create a customer list that is filtered by many different criteria (e.g., customer type, status, representative, executive, business unit). This list can then be used to create specific types of Form Letters.

On the 360Toolbox menu, click Classic Reports to open Reports - All where you can make your selection.
Click Customer List to open the Report - Customer List selection form.

Customer Type |
Choose the type of customers you want to print on your report. The options are as follows:

Choose the status of the customers you want to print on your report. The options are as follows:

Business with Agency |
Choose All or one type of business with agency assigned to the customers you want to print on your report. The options are as follows:

Target List Exclusion Status |
Use this option to restrict the customers that appear on the report to those who have Exclude from Target List checked or unchecked in Customer Setup. |

Customer Added On or After |
Use this option to type in, or pick from the date picker, a specific date on or after customers were added.
This is helpful if you want to print labels or merge the list with a form letter (e.g., Welcome Letter). |

Name Prefix |
Use the From and To fields to enter an alphabetical range.

Print Cover Page |
Allows you to include a cover page listing the selected options included in the report. This option defaults as unchecked. |

Multi-Entity |
If the customer is a multi-entity customer, then this field appears. Otherwise, it is not visible. The customer value is either a:

The email address entered in Customer Information. |

The web address entered in Customer Information. |

The customer number. The number is automatically assigned by AMS360. |

Type |
The type assigned to the customer in Customer Information. The options are as follows:

Target List Exclusion |
This column shows whether the customer has, or does not have the Exclude from Target List check box checked in Customer Setup. If the CSV column/field is blank then the Exclude from Target List box in Customer Setup is not checked. If the customer record has the box checked, then "Exclude from Target List" appears in the CSV column/field. |
Multi-Entity |
If the customer is set up as a multi-entity customer, information in this field will identify the customer as a Master or a Sub-customer. For more information see Workflow: Enter a Multiple Entity Customer and Policy. |
Customer - Firm Name |
The Firm Name entered for the commercial customer. |
Customer - DBA Name |
The DBA Name entered for the commercial customer. |
Customer - Last name, First name |
The Last name, First name entered for the customer. |

The address, city, state, and zip entered for the customer. |
