Report: Download Session Log

The Download Session Log reports on the success or failure of the download communication and file storage process, known as store transactions.

It is important to review the download reports after each session, as each provides critical information about the success of your download. The Troubleshooting Download Messages topic provides solutions to error messages that appear on the Download report.

  1. On the 360Toolbox menu, click Classic Reports to open Reports - All where you can make your selection.
  2. Click Download Session Log Report. The Report - Download Session log selection form opens.

Process Date

  1. Select the Process Date option to choose a specific download process date from the list. This list is in descending order.
  2. Select the Date Range option to choose a range of process dates using the date picker, or enter the dates in the From and To fields.

Print Cover Page

Select this option to include a cover page displaying the report parameters. The box is unchecked by default.

Description

If desired, enter a description other than the default, which is Download Session Log Report.

 

Report FieldsAdditional Information

Agency Name

The name of the agency from setup.

Description

The report description entered on the selection form.

Process Date

The date the download file was processed.

Text

The text that appears on the Session Log report can include the following:

A listing of each step taken in connecting to the company, internet, or IVANS to pick up the download transactions. This section is helpful in troubleshooting what is preventing a successful download pickup.

Information about the Store Transactions process when the download transactions are loaded into your database. This section is helpful in troubleshooting why a download file did not load.

 

 

The Download Session Log Report can't be saved as a CSV file or exported to Excel.
