In this topic, we continue to show the various features of System Parameters, located on the Setup Menu.
On the Global Pick List tab, you can enter items that users can add to quotes or binders in the Terms/Conditions pane of the Quote Detail - Pg.2 dialog box in AIM. The terms and conditions entered here are intended to be very general or broad, so that they can be used with any type of quote.
- In the Standard Terms/Conditions pane, type the terms and conditions that you would like users to have access to for any quote in the text box.
- Click Save to save the changes.
