Active Clients Report

The Active Clients report shows customers, prospects, and suspects marked as “Active.” Any customer with an in-force policy, but marked “Inactive” will appear on the report as well.

Ways to use the report:
  • See a total customer and/or policy count by Account Exec or Rep.
  • Sort customers by zip code and export to create bulk mailing labels.
  • Check for customers marked Inactive who have an in-force policy.
  • See total customer and/or policy accounts by business unit (division, department).
  • Added selection criteria:
    • Business Unit
    • Personnel
 

Data Level Security for this report: Customer Access
The filter list that contains Division, Branch, Department, and Group contains all business units.
