Active Clients Report
The Active Clients report shows customers, prospects, and suspects marked as “Active.” Any customer with an in-force policy, but marked “Inactive” will appear on the report as well.
Ways to use the report:
- See a total customer and/or policy count by Account Exec or Rep.
- Sort customers by zip code and export to create bulk mailing labels.
- Check for customers marked Inactive who have an in-force policy.
- See total customer and/or policy accounts by business unit (division, department).
- Added selection criteria:
- Business Unit
- Personnel
