X-Date Report
The X-Date report gives information of expiring policies for business not currently placed with your agency. X-Date records are reported when the X-Date is in the report date range and data matches other filter sections. Note that since this report deals with policies that do yet exist with your agency, the Exec, Rep, Broker, and other fields populate from AMS360 Customer Setup.
- A specific customer: use the Customer filter or the Customer Number filter. You can also click a customer name under the Customer column in the table to open the customer in AMS360.
- Multiple customers: use the Customer filter and leave the Customer Number filter blank.
The Business with Agency filter provides a variety of combinations of different lines of business. They are as follows:
- PL = Personal Lines
- CL = Commercial Lines
- NonPC = Non P&C
- Benefits = Benefits
- Life = Life
- Hlth = Health
- FS = Financial Services
