Vertafore is pleased to release RiskMatch 2023 R1. With each release, we are improving and updating RiskMatch to provide you with the best possible experience.

Enhancements

Enhancement	Description
Cross Sell Product-Specific Focus	Users can target cross-sell recommendations to specific products. The output will yield a list of clients to whom the selected products can be sold, based on the new cross-sell machine-learning focus.
"Carriers with Low Share of Business" Report	An exportable spreadsheet is now available on the manager dashboard. A tab with policy details has been added to that report.
Benefits Benchmarking in Benefit Point	The "All Clients" user role enables those who are assigned that role to see all the clients' plans in their agency.

New and Revised APIs

New / Revisions	Description
Cross Sell Version 2 API	The new machine learning element of cross-sell is available as Version 2. Meanwhile, the original cross-sell model remains available.
Growth Insights API	The API behind the "Grown Insights" report, available within Standard Reports, identifies cross-sell products on an industry-by-industry basis while comparing those opportunities against peer groups.
