Client Code Security Maintenance

Use Client Code Security Maintenance to set up Client Code Security.

How to access the Client Code Security Maintenance page

1. Add Client Code Security Maintenance in Role Based Security with the program name CLI.CODE.SECURITY. When this page is added via Quick Entry, it is added to the Other > System > Personalization menu. For more information, see Role Based Security Maintenance Page.

2. From the Sagitta Home Page, click Other.

3. Click Personalization > System > Personalization Client Code Security Maintenance. The Client Code Security Maintenance page appears.

Completing the fields on the Client Code Security Maintenance page

Client Code: Enter, or search and select the client code to be personalized.

Completing the Staff Codes grid

Enter, or search and select, the staff code which will be able to access the client.

Once you have completed all required fields on the page, click Save or press ALT+S to save your changes to the Client Code Security Maintenance page. Complete the page for all remaining staff members.
