Zip Codes Maintenance Page
Use the Zip Codes Maintenance page to add to or change a postal zip code on your system.
You may need to add zip codes if you do business in other countries, or if you add a new state to your customer base.
Note that you can:

attach each zip code to only one city.

add a four-digit extension to any zip code.
Every zip code that your agency uses must exist in the Zip Code file.
How to access this page
To access the Zip Codes Maintenance page:

From the Sagitta Home Page, click Other.

Click Maintenance > Policy > Zip Codes Maintenance.
Field Entries
Zip Code - the zip code assigned by the post office. You can use the Lookup icon to Search for a valid zip code that is currently in your system. The zip code pre-fills to the Zip Print field.
City Name - the name of the city or town that corresponds to the zip code entered.
State Code - the two-character code for the state where the zip code is located. You can use the Lookup icon to Search for a valid state code.
County - the county where the zip code is located. This is an optional field.

Save or ALT+S |
save the Zip Codes Maintenance page after you complete all required fields. |

Quit or ALT+Q |
exit the Zip Codes Maintenance page without saving any data. |

Copy or ALT+C |
copy the data entered to a new zip code record. The system prompts you to enter a new ID. Enter the new zip code and click OK to complete the Copy process. You can then modify the new record, as needed. |
