Enter a Non-Client Cash Receipt
Use the Cash Receipts page to enter money (checks, cash, or electronic fund transfers) received from any source that is not applied to a client's account. Examples of non-client cash receipts are items such as rental income or company bill commission receipts (if your agency does not reconcile company bill commissions.)
Enter a non-client cash receipt from the Cash Receipts Page

From the Sagitta Home Page , click Accounting >Accounts Receivable > Receipts and select Cash Receipts Entry. The Cash Receipts page appears.

Enter the Division.

Click Load. The next available reference number pre-fills.

Select Non Client Receipt in the Type field to indicate a non-client receipt.

Enter any additional Cash Receipt information you want to include. See Cash Receipts Page if you need additional help completing the field on this page.

Click Save. The system saves the receipt transaction.
Refer to Printing and Updating Cash Receipts using the Cash Receipts Report & Update Page for the procedure to update the cash receipt in the system.
