Edit Agency Billing Profile
Use the Edit Agency Billing Profile page to view and update the details of your agency's AcencyEDGE billing information.
To open the Edit Agency Billing Profile page, in the AgencyEDGE navigation bar, click the Administration link. The Administration page will open. Then, in the Billing Management group, click the Edit Agency Billing Profile link.
The Edit Agency Billing Profile page contains the following sections:
Billing Profile
Displays information about the individual associated with your agency who is assigned as AgencyEDGE billing and invoice representative. Defaults to the individual identified during account signup as the initial system administrator of AgencyEDGE, but you may change this information at any time. It need not be an AgencyEDGE user.
- First Name: Required. Enter the first name of your agency's billing representative.
- Middle Name: Enter the middle name or middle initial of your agency's billing representative.
- Last Name: Required. Enter the last name of your agency's billing representative.
- Address Line 1: Required. Enter the first line of the mailing address of your agency's billing representative.
- Address Line 2: Enter the second line of the mailing address of your agency's billing representative.
- City: Required. Enter the city of the mailing address of your agency's billing representative.
- State: Required. From the dropdown menu, select the name of the state of the mailing address of your agency's billing representative.
- Zip Code: Required. Enter the ZIP or postal code of the mailing address of your agency's billing representative.
- Phone Number: Required. Enter the 10-digit business phone number of your agency's billing representative, beginning with area code. Parentheses or hyphens are optional.
- Phone Extension: Enter the extension of the business phone number.
- Fax Number: Enter the 10-digit business facsimile phone number of your agency's billing representative, beginning with area code. Parentheses or hyphens are optional.
- Email: Required. Enter the valid business email address of your agency's billing representative.
- Confirm Email: Required. Re-enter the value you entered in the Email field.
Page Controls
- Save: Click to validate and commit all changes to the system. If valid, the following message will display at the top of the page: "Success - Your profile has been saved."
- Cancel: Click to abort changes and close the page. The AgencyEDGE Home page will open.
