Update Account Guarantee
To ensure the availability of AgencyEDGE fee-based services, use the Update Account Guarantee page to add or maintain your agency's credit card information.
To open the Update Account Guarantee page, in the AgencyEDGE navigation bar, click the Administration link. The Administration page will open. Then, in the Billing Management group, click the Update Account Guarantee link.
The Update Account Guarantee page contains the following sections:
Credit Card
- Credit Card Number: Enter the credit card account number.
- Expiration Date: Enter the month and year of your credit card's expiration date. Use the mm-yy date format.
- Card Type: Click to select the type of card you are using for the transaction: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Billing Information
Add or update credit card account-holder information. Information must match billing information maintained by the issuer of the credit card.
- First Name: Required. Enter the first name of the account-holder as it appears on the credit card.
- Last Name: Required. Enter the last name of the of the account-holder as it appears on the credit card.
- Company: Enter the name of your agency as it appears on the credit card billing information, if you are adding or updating a credit card profile using a company credit card.
- Street Address 1: Required. Enter the first line of the credit card billing address.
- Street Address 2: Enter the second line of the credit card billing address.
- City: Required. Enter the name of the city of the credit card billing address.
- Country: Required. From the dropdown menu, select the name of the country of the credit card billing address.
- State: Required. Enter the two-letter state code of the credit card billing address.
- Postal Code: Required. Enter the 5-digit ZIP code of the credit card billing address.
- Phone Number: Required. Enter the 10-digit credit card billing address phone number, beginning with area code. Parentheses or hyphens are optional.
- Email Address: Required. Enter the account-holder's valid email address.
Page Controls
Fields and controls include the following:
- Click here to delete your stored credit card information: Available only if you are a premium subscriber. Click to open the Delete credit card profile? message box, where you can opt to remove the credit card information currently associated with your premium subscription and downgrade your AgencyEDGE account to a basic subscription, as of the current date. Click the Continue button on the message box to proceed.
- Submit: Click to securely transmit changes to your agency's credit card information to Cybersource, the secure payment service used by AgencyEDGE.

Credit card information is secured by Cybersource, a trusted e-commerce payment services provider that has been in business since 1994. Credit card information is not stored in AgencyEDGE. |
Fee-based services in AgencyEDGE are locked if the amount displaying in the Account Balance section on the Make an Online Payment page is $2,000 or more, and you have not set up an account guarantee. To unlock fee-based services, remit an online payment to reduce the Account Balance to an amount less than $2,000. |
