View Payment Activity

Use the View Payment Activity page to review one or more payments to Vertafore that your company has made online via electronic bank transfer (ACH).

To open the View Payment Activity page, in the AgencyEDGE navigation bar, click the Administration link. The Administration page will open in the Home page. Then, in the Billing Management group, click the View Payment Activity link.

The Payment Activity HistoryView Payment Activity page displays a history of payments that your company has made, including any payments made by check. It will also display any reversals due to insufficient funds or incorrect information on your account.

To exit the View Payment Activity page, click the Administration link in the navigation bar or the breadcrumbs.

The View Payment Activity page will not display credits to your account made by Vertafore, such as a refund of a transaction fee. Credits of this type will show up on your company's next invoice. (For more information, see Download Detailed Invoice.)
