Address Change Status
Use
Use the following steps:
Getting Started
- In the AgencyEDGE navigation bar, click the Transactions link. The Transaction List will open in the Home page.
- In the Transaction Inquiries group, click the Address Change Status link. The Address Change Status page will open.
Enter Search Criteria
Choose from among the following options for searching for contact information change request results:
Check on the status of a single contact information change request using the request's Confirmation No. number returned by the system during processing.
- On the search criteria page, in the Search Type field click to select the Confirmation ID radio button.
- Required. In the Confirmation ID field, enter the confirmation ID number that the system provided at the conclusion of the contact information change request process.
- Click the Submit button. The system will generate the results of the inquiry. If the system could not generate results based on the entered criteria, the following message will display: "No contact changes were found."
Review results of contact information change requests by entering a specific individual licensee's Social Security Number (SSN).
- On the search criteria page, in the Search Type field click to select the SSN radio button.
- Required. In the SSN field, enter the 9-digit Social Security Number of the individual licensee for whom contact information change request was submitted.
- If desired, you may narrow the inquiry to include only requests that include certain filter criteria. Select filter criteria from the following optional dropdown menu fields:
- State: State to which an contact information change request was submitted.
- Submit Date From/To: Enter the beginning and ending date in a range of dates during which you wish to search for state responses to contact information change requests. Use the mmddyyyy date format. Or, click the Calendar button () to open a popup calendar from which you can click to select a date.
- Click the button. The system will generate the results of the inquiry. If the system could not generate results based on the entered criteria, the following message will display: "No contact changes were found."
Review results of contact information change requests by entering a specific individual licensee's National Producer Number (NPN).
- On the search criteria page, in the Search Type field click to select the National Producer Number radio button.
- Required. In the National Producer Number field, enter the National Producer Number of the individual licensee for whom a contact information change request was submitted.
- If desired, you may narrow the inquiry to include only requests that include certain filter criteria. Select filter criteria from the following optional dropdown menu fields:
- State: State to which a contact information change request was submitted.
- Submit Date From/To: Enter the beginning and ending date in a range of dates during which you wish to search for state responses to contact information change requests. Use the mmddyyyy date format. Or, click the Calendar button () to open a popup calendar from which you can click to select a date.
- Click the Submit button. The system will generate the results of the inquiry. If the system could not generate results based on the entered criteria, the following message will display: "No contact changes were found."
View Results
- Review the results of your inquiry.
- If desired, click the Print () button to reformat the results for easier printing.
