The InBox menu command is used to access the User, Internet, and Submission in-boxes. Each in-box is explained below.
- User – Used to view expiring policies, open quotes, and held/open files assigned to you or your team.
- Internet – Used to view submissions received via the internet. Special configuration is required for this feature, please contact your system administrator or your Vertafore account manager for more information.
- Submission E-mail Import – Special configuration is required for this feature, please contact your system administrator or your Vertafore account manager for more information.
Given the specialized nature of the Internet and Submission E-mail Import inboxes, we will focus solely on how to use the User in-box feature.
- On the Tools menu, point to InBox, and then click User.
