Check Stock Setup

In this topic, we continue our discussion of editing bank accounts that began in Edit Bank Accounts.

The Check Stock Setup tab, located in the Add/Edit Bank Accounts dialog box, is used to manage the stock and format with which your agency’s checks are printed.

AIM Accounting is designed to function with any three-part check stock. The most common type is check, stub, stub. You can click Go To NEBS Website to view and/or order checks; however, most any check stock may be used. Check with your agency’s training team should you have any questions.

  1. For each field, designate the number of lines down and spaces over that you would like the value to display.
  2. In the Row For Stub 1 and Row For Stub 2 fields, enter the row on which the stubs should begin.
  3. In the Multi-Copy field, if you are printing more than one copy of the check, enter the number of copies to print.
  4. In the Items Per Ck field, enter the number of lines that should display on the check stub.
