eForms Manager Email Options

The eForms Manager Email Options form appears when you choose to email a form from the File menu.

  1. In the Customer Center, open the appropriate customer record.
  2. On the eForms menu, click Launch eForms Manager.
  3. Select the policy and effective date.
  4. In the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree, select a specific form or a folder with multiple forms you want to email.
  5. On the File menu, click Email.

Form Only

Use to email only the form, no overflow pages.

In the right-pane, select the check box next to the forms that you want to email.

Form & Overflow Pages & Attachments

Use to email the form overflow pages and attachments associated with it.

In the right-pane, select the check box next to the forms, with overflow pages and attachments, that you want to email.

Page Displayed in Viewer

This option defaults when you select Email with a specific form selected in the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree.

Use to email only the page that currently appears in the view pane.

Quick Selection Options

These options become available when you select either Form Only or Form & Overflow Pages. You can choose one or more of these selections to filter the forms you want to email.

AMS360 automatically selects the forms that meet the selection criteria you make in this field. You can then un-select forms that you don't want to email.

Group/Field What is this?

Based on Form changed Date(s)

Use this field in the following ways:

Enter a "From" date only and click refresh. Only forms changed from that date up through today will be checked in the right-hand pane.

Enter a "To" date only and click refresh. Only forms changed up through that date will be checked in the right-hand pane.

Enter both "From" and "To" dates and click refresh. Only forms changed starting on the "From" date up through the "To" date will be checked in the right-hand pane.

No dates entered. Forms will be selected based on the other two options you choose.

All Unprinted

Use to select only forms that have not been printed.

Certificates Only

Use to select only certificates for emailing.

After making selections in the Quick Select Options check box, click the Refresh icon to select or de-select items in the right-hand pane.

Email

When you are finished making your selections, click to email your selections. You will be asked to name the PDF file that is created for the forms.

If an attachment is a type of document that you have No Access or View Only rights to, the following message appears:

The following document could not be emailed:
Document 'xxxx'

These attachment(s) should be opened and emailed manually.

If an attachment has been deleted, the following message appears: The following attachment could not be emailed:

ORPHAN_FILE document xxx could not be accessed.

All forms are emailed in one PDF file.

eForm Attachments are included in their native format. For example, as a Word doc, Excel file, JPEG file, etc.

Cancel

Use to return to eForms Manager without emailing.
