Form Letters: Changed from .doc to .docx

In previous versions of AMS360, all form letters were automatically saved in the legacy .doc file type.

The .docx format is the modern, more secure file type for Microsoft Word documents.

As a result, beginning with this release, all system templates for form letters will now be generated as .docx file types.

 

Note: All saved templates created prior to this release will need to be re-saved to reflect the updated.docx format.
