eForms Manager Print Options

The eForms Manager Print Options form appears when you choose to print a form from the File menu in eForms Manager.

ClosedAccessing eForms Manager Print Options

  1. With the Customer/Policy and Effective date selected in eForms Manager, select a specific form or a folder with multiple forms you want to print.

  2. From the toolbar, click the Print icon or from the menu, click File > Print. The eForms Manager Print Options form appears.

Form Only

Use to print only the form, no overflow pages.

In the right-pane, check the box next to the forms that you want to print.

Form Overflow Pages & Attachments

Use to print the form overflow pages and attachments associated with it.

In the right-pane, check the box next to the forms, with overflow pages and attachments , that you want to print.

Page Displayed in Viewer

This option defaults when you select Print with a specific form selected in the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree.

Use to print only the page that currently appears in the view pane.

Quick Select Options

These options become available when you select either Form Only or Form & Overflow Pages. You can choose one or more of these selections to filter the forms that you want to print.

AMS360 will automatically select the forms that meet the criteria selections you make here. You can then un-select forms that you don't want to print.

Based on Form Changed Date(s)

Use this field in the following ways:

  • Enter a From date only and click refresh. Only forms changed from that date up through today will be checked in the right-hand pane.

  • Enter a To date only and click refresh. Only forms changed up through that date will be checked in the right-hand pane.

  • Enter both From and To dates and click refresh. Only forms changed starting on the From date up through the To date will be checked in the right-hand pane.

  • No dates entered. Forms will be selected based on the other two options you choose.

All Unprinted

Use to select only forms that have not been printed.

Certificates Only

Use to select only certificates for printing.

After making selections in the Quick Select Options box, click refresh to select or de-select items in the right-hand pane.

Print

When you are finished making your selections, click to print your selections.

If an attachment is a type of document that you have No Access or View Only rights to, the following message appears:

 

If an attachment has been deleted, the following message appears:

Save as PDF

Use to save your selections as a single .PDF file to your workstation.

Attachments are not included in the PDF. They are attached individually to the activity.

Activity/Suspense logging for this function is them same as Printing. See Activity/Suspense Setup for more information.

Saved to your My Document folder by default, and are not subject to any system auto delete.

Cancel

Use to return to eForms Manager without printing.
