Bank Security View

Use Bank Security View to see employee access to bank accounts. This form is view only.

    ClosedAccessing Bank Security View

You can access Bank Security View from any center or form that has a Toolbox menu. Click Toolbox > System Administration > Accounting Setups > Bank Security View. This takes you to the Bank Security View form.

You must have proper authorization to access Bank Security view.

This information is view only. Change bank security in Bank Setup.

Field

What is this?

Division

Displays the division to which the bank is assigned.

Name

The banks's name from Bank Setup.

GL Number

The general ledger number assigned to the bank in Bank Setup.

Type

Whether the bank is Operating or Trust.

Access

The access assigned to the employee for the bank listed.

Default Bank

A check in one of these boxes indicates the default bank assigned to the employee.
