Link Editor

Use Link Editor to add, edit, or delete intranet or internet links that appear in the User Center under Favorite Links, for all users that log into AMS360. When a user clicks a link, a new browser window opens with the web page.

Accessing Link Editor

Access Link Editor in the following ways:

From the User Center click the Edit link that appears to the right of the Favorite Links title.
From any center or form that has a Toolbox menu, click Toolbox > System Administration > Customize User Center. The data entry form appears. Click the Link Editor link that appears to the right of the Favorite Links option.

Field/ Selection	What is this?
Sort Order	Enter the position (1,2,3) that you want this link to appear in, on the User Center. If you enter a duplicate number, AMS360 displays those links in the order they were entered.
Description	The name that appears under Favorite Links in the User Center. You have 250 characters for entering each description. For space considerations, when the link displays in the User Center, you may want to use brief descriptions. Long descriptions will word wrap if necessary.
Web Address	Enter the URL for the web page. Example:http://www.vertafore.com
