Re-Assign Expiring Policies

As part of the Renewal Management workflow, use the Re-Assign Expiring Policy form to select a new Assign To employee for an expiring policy. You can also enter comments on the form, which will flow to the Renewal List - Policy Comments form.

    ClosedAccessing the Re-Assign Expiring Policies form

  1. Access the User Center > My Renewals tab.

  2. Expand the applicable Renewal List or tab section so that the desired policy row appears on the tab.

  3. For the policy you want to re-assign, click the employee name link in the Assigned To column. The Re-Assign Expiring Policy form opens.

Fields/Options

What is this?

From

View-only field. Displays the name of the employee currently assigned to the policy.

Assign To

From the list, select the name of the employee to whom you want to re-assign the policy.

Comments

Enter comments in the text box. Comments flow to the Renewal List - Policy Comments form.

OK

Click OK to re-assign the policy to the Assign To employee. The form closes and your User Center refreshes.

When the Assign To employee next refreshes their own User Center, the policy will appear assigned to them.

Cancel

Click to cancel the re-assignment. The form closes.
