Service 24/7 Overview

An optional service available to AMS360 customers is Service 24/7, which allows your insureds to see their account information, print certificates and auto id cards, and report claims via the internet.

If you currently subscribe to Service 24/7 you must complete a setup within AMS360 before your employees can access Service 24/7 on the web and begin granting access to your insureds or the AMS Call Center.

    ClosedSetting up Employee Access to Service 24/7

  1. Open the Employee Center, find and open the employee to whom you want to grant access to Service 24/7.

  2. From the open employee click Edit Employee. The Employee Setup data entry form opens.

  3. Scroll down in the form to the Security Group Assignment section. Check one or both of the following:

  4. S247Admin: Grants authority for the employee to set up users and assign them access to any task in Service 24/7.

  5. S247User: Allows the employee to accessService 24/7, but cannot set up users.

  1. When you have finished making your selections, click Save & Close () from the toolbar.

AMS will notify you when your agency can begin accessing Service 24/7.

When you have installed Service 24/7 the help system within this product will assist you in setting up the many features available to you and your customers.
