This feature, or some fields and options described, might not be available depending on your settings, security rights, or platform package.

Workflow: Editing a Customer

To open and edit a customer, do the following:

    1. Using Customer Search, find the customer you want to edit.

    2. In the search results list of customers, click the customer to open it in the Customer Center.

    3. Click Edit Customer in the upper right corner. The Customer data entry form opens.

    4. Edit the customer as desired by accessing the various sections. Refer to Section Properties for navigation hints.

    5. When you have finished editing the customer information, click Save or Save & Close.
