Troubleshooting
|
The Troubleshooting utility installs recording software on your machine to assist Customer Care Representatives in troubleshooting problems.
Because Black Box records everything done during the recording session, (including private information such as any passwords you enter). While AMS protects any information you send to us, it is still prudent for you to avoid logging into personal web pages (such as your online bank account) while the recording is taking place. If you must login to a program or site while doing a recording, it is recommended that you then change your password after the recording has completed.
After the problem has been reproduced you will be given an option to transfer the troubleshooting information to Customer Care.
